Log Kow:

The partition coefficient experimental determination could not have been determined with the OECD Guidelines due to the stability and the solubility of the product but there are values for log Kow found in the literature:

  • The log Kow from the EPA (Environmental United States Protection Agency) is evaluated at -4.

  • The calculated log Kow by the ACD/Chemsketch software is -5.9.

Litterature data show that the Log Kow of suxamethonium chloride is highly negative, the substance is therefore considered to have low potential for bioaccumulation.
